The World

The World represents a mastery of all areas-personal and business.  This is the card of self-satisfaction and achievement.  The mountain peak has been scaled now go forth and continue growing and achieving, says The World.  This card signifies that even though we have accomplished all of our goals it does not mean that we are done.  Exceed the expectations and go beyond; to even greater success!  There is more yet to be done.  The World symbolizes being so energized by what is already completed that we have the fortitude to go out and do even more!

Upright:  The World tells us all to go for it!  We have what is needed to get it done.  The desire is present in us to help others realize their goals and use their own gifts in order that they will feel this same sense of self-satisfaction we have.  This card symbolizes accomplishing things the way that we want.  The lessons that were previously learned are now understood and realized.  We are at our fullest potential when The World appears.  The realization of our purpose is symbolized by The World.  Because we have spent time learning and growing we have achieved the freedom to go as we please.  Liberation has been well earned and is deserved!  We do indeed have the whole world in our hands now!

Reversed:  The World reversed indicates a lack of vision.  We are unable to see the outcome of the situation.  More work is needed to get back on the current path.  There is much work yet to do and much more to achieve so do not give up hope!  The World reversed can represent a refusal to integrate and apply past lessons already learned.  Concentration and application of past experiences are both necessary when The World is reversed.  There is a light at the end of the tunnel and we are almost there.  All that is needed is to take it one step at a time and try not to become frustrated by the lack of progress.  The World is like a train derailed when reversed.  There will be delays and much organization is required, but the train will eventually get back on track and so will we!
