The Ace of Pentacles signifies the beginning of new business, wealth and prosperity.  This card indicates a curiosity about money matters, such as investing.  Just like the hand appearing from nowhere, a gift of money or materials goods can be represented by the Ace of Pentacles.  Look at what is being offered to us!

Upright:  A good foundation is underway when this card appears.  We are on the right track now!  Things are turning around and proceeding in a positive manner.  The Ace of Pentacles can indicate awards of any sort.  The hard work that was done in the past has definitely paid off now!  This card often appears when we are seeking a new direction in our career path.  Look at the way things are progressing thus far.  The day is ours and we can own it!  The Ace of Pentacles offers to us the chance to build a great foundation.  Wealth and monetary gain can be ours if we are wise with the money we have.  The possibilities are limited only by our imagination.

Reversed:  There is a lack of prosperity.  We are not on the right road at present.  More work might be needed to make this a good beginning.  When the Ace of Pentacles appears reversed, take a look at what is lacking.  How can the situation be remedied to make this venture worthwhile?  Look at all the angles carefully.  The Ace of Pentacles reversed can represent a false sense of security.  The plans we made might not materialize, or might come about in another way.  Be wary of greed and coveting items above our stated budget is the message of this card reversed.  The leather coat is nice; but is it necessary at this time?  Consider what is needed versus what is wanted and desired.  Plan, plan, plan says the Ace of Pentacles when it appears reversed.
