Three of Pentacles

The Three of Pentacles shows that we will recognized for the skill and ability we have contributed to the task at hand.  A good work review is coming up.  The time and effort that has been expended will be noticed and rewarded in kind.  The Three of Pentacles indicates that any volunteer work will definitely be noticed.

Upright:  The Three of Pentacles shows that any work done will pay off.  Because of a good review, there might be a raise, as this is the money suit.  Recognition for the education earned and the talents acquired because of this are also signified by this card.  It is time to celebrate because the hard work has paid off quite well.  More material gain can be expected to come along because of the effort already put forth.  This is a favorable and fortuitous thing indeed!  The Three of Pentacles signifies that the work one has put forth in order to join an organization will be accepted and membership will be assured.

Reversed:  The Three of Pentacles reversed indicates that the recognition due to our work will be delayed.  Rewards are not likely to be forthcoming.  This card can appear reversed to say that we are unable to do a good job at our work because we lack the proper equipment and tools.  Union or contact disagreements are signified because an agreement cannot be easily reached when the Three of Pentacles is reversed.  Those providing the service are asking more than the receivers are willing or are able to give.  A fair trade cannot be reached without negotiating though the outcome might be less than what is desired.  The Three of Pentacles can represent work that is sub-standard or that the working conditions are not safe.
