Three of Wands

Three of Wands
The Three of Wands is about planning the future of our venture. We feel more established in business because we have the resources needed to succeed. This is the card of delegation. Our resources have been sent out and they are working toward the goal as well. We must wait for the fruits of our labors to pay off.
Upright: The anticipated help from the two has arrived and been sent out to gain more success. The Three of Wands comes up when the initial venture has gotten off the ground and outside help is on our side. Whatever and whoever shows up at this stage is only looking to support the business project in developing further. The idea has been ushered into reality and now it is shared greatly with others. This is the card of synthesis and the gathering of resources. This is the card of help and support in business and education. Only good things can come of this partnership and cooperation says the Three of Wands!
Reversed: The Three of Wands desire to see our efforts succeed is still present. The Three of Wands reversed means that no progress toward the future has been made. This card tells us that we are too focused on the minutia and are trying to control too much of the venture. Let go and stop worrying about all the details because overzealousness will not help our venture. Too much focus on small details or too many things going at once allows the big picture to slip by us. We may be too over confident and our pride may be causing us to over look critical aspects. Surrounding conditions are not with our venture or efforts. The Three of Wands reversed may well yield inadequate resources due to micromanaging which could leave us without adequate resources and hard-pressed to get more. Prepare for everything and nothing will surprise you.
